After conducting research, I decided to work with Nikki and the crew at Domestic Auto transport. Nikki was prompt in her communication efforts and always keeping me looped in on the status of the carrier. The only "hiccup" was the truck breaking down 18 miles outside of its destination, which delayed the delivery by a few days. This was not anyone's fault and merely luck of the draw. There was a point when my quote increased even though I was given what I thought to be the "final quote", but Nikki was very professional in rectifying the issue to ensure customer satisfaction. Hopefully, I wont be moving anytime soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to reach out to Nikki and the wonderful crew at Domestic Auto Transport.
