Nikki did an outstanding job explaining all my questions and offered a military discount. She kept in constant contact with me for a period of several weeks as it took some time to finally determine our shipping date. Nikki was always professional and customer focused. The transporter was very professional and took great care not to damage our vehicle which had a low hanging front spoiler which made loading difficult. I would use this company again and recommend them without reservations.
