This was my first experience with a transport company, and Nikki did a wonderful job walking me through the logistics. She was friendly, knowledgable and prompt with her information and follow-up phone calls. I had to contact her twice during the transport process and she was always very patient with my inquiries and concerns. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
