Jocelyn did everything she could to help us out with the Transporter who was less than professional and hopefully will never be used by Domestic again. The driver did nothing but lie to us from pickup to drop off of the vehicle. Poor excuses and the final conversations were as if I did not even know where the last city was where he supposed to have stayed the night. He was only 45 minutes from our house and it took him a day and a half to get here. The owner of the company "QUICKWAY LLC" also thought that I was an idiot when I talked to him. As one of the Director of a very large transportation company here in Michigan both the driver and owner would have been fired for this type of customer interaction. They obviously do not know the meaning of honesty and ON TIME! Although I would use Domestic again and definately would use Jocelyn, I will have a say in the company the use for the next move for me! Was promised a rebate but the great truck driver did not know anything of course.
