My third transport with the company. Nikki is very knowlegeable, prompt and professional. She quickly found a carrier for my car on this occasion and the previous. The price was the same as quoted this time. The drivers which are not part of the company have typically been a little less prompt in informing of delays. However, everytime I called domestic auto/Nikki they got me the answer quickly. So there were some frustrations with poor communication by the carrier forcing me to call rather than a courtesy call from the carrier when the delay in pickup was certain. But I will DEFINITELY still use Domestic and Nikki as this is likely standard across the industry and not something Domestic or any other auto transport service could control.
