I had my bike shipped from Texas. I was told it would be in a enclosed trailer. It came on an open tralier . I thought there was damage to the bike and was sent claim paperwork. After careful inspection I realized the damage was on the bike before transporting, so I revoked my claim. I don't think the team stopped, once they picked up my bike to drop off. Which was great.I would recommend getting before transport pics and having them at time of drop off. Tayler called me once the bike was picked up and the team called me once they were about an hour out.
