overcharged and ignored; update

Kimberly at Domestic Auto Transport contacted me after my previous review and I finally received refund of the overcharge after about a month. People make mistakes; ignoring customer's communications seeking redress is not really a mistake. Kimberly took care of things for me and consequently I am updating my evaluation.
