Doug I am really sorry that you were not happy with the service provided. I feel I explained in the very beginning the whole process and that all carriers have the right to counter offer just as you have the right to take or leave their offer. We did everything we could to get your vehicle picked up within the time requested. The carrier even waited around late at night to fit in your schedule. I did reduce the deposit to help out as a nice gesture to you.
