All the facts should be up front and explained in details BEFORE a credit card is given. You should have to deal with ONE person, not two. The second person was not friendly once I had concerns. The Jennifer tried to make it better, but overall I was very unhappy. The days in which I needed the car picked up never happened and I had to chase the vendor! Oh which said the only way to make the deal happen was for more money! Very nice got ya! They reduced their fee to help off set but this is not how business is done. I tired to ignore this request but she was persistent so here is my gripe. No, I would not use this carrier again.

I feel I explained in the very beginning the whole process and that all carriers have the right to counter offer just as you have the right to take or leave their offer. We did everything we could to get your vehicle picked up within the time requested. The carrier even waited around late at night to fit in your schedule. I did reduce the deposit to help out as a nice gesture to you.
