I had originally scheduled transport with another company to ship my Infiniti from PA to AZ. That company took my deposit (my first mistake) and then proceeded to tell me that my vehicle would be picked up sometime on Sat., Sun., or Mon. I had to call this broker several times to even get the contact information of the driver even thought they promised this information would be given from the beginning. When I called the driver the Thursday prior to pick-up, he informed me that there was never an agreement to get my vehicle any of those days and that the earliest would be Tues. night or Wed.. Those days did not work for my pick up contact person and I was rather frustrated that they had lied to me. I cancelled transport with them and started all over.
I called Domestic Auto Transport and spoke with John Spinner (360) 853-2832 ext 7005. I recommend him HIGHLY! He gave a thorough explanation of all the details of the shipping process and was ALWAYS reachable. Due to my 1st experience not going well, I contacted him several times with new questions. In every conversation, John was helpful and courteous - more like a friend trying to help.
My car was picked up on time and the driver, Jose, was fantastic! We thought it would take about 7 days for the journey across the country. When Jose called me on Thursday and told me he could be to us by Friday evening, I was thrilled. My husband and I watched him as he unloaded our vehicle was such great care and skill. He,too, was courteous and friendly. The car was in perfect condition.
After a horrible first experience where I thought for sure I would never try to ship a vehicle again, Domestic Auto Transport, John Spinner, and Jose all changed my mind.
