Both the home office and the driver were personable and courteous. Pick up and delivery were without incident. The auto was delivered in good condition. I had to pay more for the transport than was contracted by another carrier, but the pick up for that carrier did not work out because the driver refused to walk two blocks to get the auto. That other carrier's driver also objected to parking his rig on a city street despite the fact that there was space for it.
