Dishonest and Un-reliable

Jennifer was nice, but did not follow up when the transportation company failed to show up for three days before pick up. When I suggested that I might go with another carrier/broker she then proceeded to advise me of cancellation fees I would incur, which was not disclosed under the original agreement. She charged my credit card before the vehicle was even on the transport truck. She lied to me about when my vehicle would be dropped off, she claimed it would be the first drop off, when I just got off the phone with the transport company and I was actually going to be the last. They are 2 days late on dropping the car off.

When confronted with my frustrations, all I was given was a weak apology and a cop-out that they are separate of the carrier and aren't responsible for what the carrier does and does not perform on.

By far the worst experience ever, I have never been lied to so much in my life and the lack of empathy and customer service is appalling.

I would NEVER use Domestic Auto Transport again, not even to transport my garbage to the landfill.

Jennifer@domesticautotransport.com 360-853-2815 Zach, Thank you for the review however I don't feel my service should receive this 0 star. Jessica is the person who called and set up the order with me. I was on the phone with her many times updating her on where we were at with this order. Once we had the carrier assigned and they called and gave us their ESTIMATED day of pickup I gave you that info. The issues with the carrier I was not happy with. I called them many times and I as well as you and Jessica got the run around. This is being looked into. They promised me even with the pickup being later they were still going to deliver it by Fri. I did everything I could to make this as easy as I could. As far as the fee to cancel this was only after we had this carrier assigned. This was outlined in the terms in conditions that was emailed to you when the order was placed. Again I am very sorry for the lack of trust in the carrier.
