Zach, Thank you for the review however I don't feel my service should receive this 0 star. Jessica is the person who called and set up the order with me. I was on the phone with her many times updating her on where we were at with this order. Once we had the carrier assigned and they called and gave us their ESTIMATED day of pickup I gave you that info. The issues with the carrier I was not happy with. I called them many times and I as well as you and Jessica got the run around. This is being looked into. They promised me even with the pickup being later they were still going to deliver it by Fri. I did everything I could to make this as easy as I could. As far as the fee to cancel this was only after we had this carrier assigned. This was outlined in the terms in conditions that was emailed to you when the order was placed. Again I am very sorry for the lack of trust in the carrier.
