I am overall pleased with DAT's service and would use them again and/or recommend them to others.

After receiving a high original quote, Tara called me back to offer a much more competitive price. The competitive price and great reviews for DAT were what led me to choose this broker. Malia then took over as my point of contact and was all business. While my car was not picked up until 3 days after the first available date, I understand that this is just a part of the business. The contracted driver, Jack, was professional and cooperative. Starting the day prior to pick up, he called me to keep me updated on his progress and location. Car was picked up and delivered to my brother-in-law in PA with no problems or noticeable damage. We were surprised that the driver did not provide any sort of receipt or a copy of the bill of lading upon delivery. Maybe this is something that DAT can require. My brother-in-law had him sign an impromptu receipt and there were no problems. Thanks for the service!
