We at Domestic Auto Transport would like to extend our sincere apologies to Mr. Bergman for this unprecendeted event. We have shipped over 2000 vehicle's and this has NEVER happened before. We had no knowledge whatsoever that this vehicle was actually driven not hauled until Mr. Bergman notified us after delivery of his vehicle. We immediately filed a report with The Department of Transportation regarding the incident. The vehicle was released by the dealership from which Mr. Bergman purchased it. We have BLACKLISTED the carrier A TRANS out of Overland Park, Kansas and have reported them to The Better Business Bureau.
