I was in need to ship my motorcycle during the month of December. Anyone who knows Utah winters understands why shipping a motorcycle would be a huge hassle during this time, and the quotes i received from several shipping companies showed it. They ranged from $1000-1500. At these prices i figured i'd rather drive the motorcycle home and take the risk of snow and ice.
Then one day Holly called me and talked to me about my options. She set a low price of $550 for my shipment and told me we'd wait and see if anyone would take it. It wasn't long before she called me again saying there was a driver near Utah that would do the shipping at that price.
Something interesting that i noticed is that the first time I talked to Holly, i had to give a down payment, but i didn't have my payment information at the time. I told her i would get the information and call her back. I completely forgot to call her back, but even then, without a down payment, she went out of her way to arrange a driver for my motorcycle.
