Took a long time for vehicle to get picked up

It took a total of 10 days to get the vehicle picked up. Excluding the weekends. The longest wait i've ever waited for a vehicle to get picked up. I've shipped the same vehicle before i took no more than 1 week. The drive loaded the vehicle and didn't take his time with the vehicle. Ran up the rail, i heard the back of my car hitting the ground really loud. Be careful of low quotes, usually means the drivers don't want to pick the vehicle up for a low cost. You will end up waiting much longer.

Hoai D.......Sorry you thought it took too long to get your vehicle picked up, you were informed several times it could take possibly up to seven business days which is industry standard and it is typical on some routes to take just a wee bit longer.
