I was given details on how the buiness of transporting a vehicle works, and why the transportation takes the time it does. My only suggestion would be to make sure to tell the customers the 7 days to pick up vehicle is business days. Thanks for the help.

Shilo.........thank you for trusting me and my expertise in the transport industry. Like I explained, the quickest way to get your vehicle moved is to price it just a tiny bit higher than the other cars on that same route, unfortunately, there are some routes that are just not as popular as others.
