Elizabeth provided excellent customer service. She was very detailed in explaining the transport process and did a great job in convincing me that Domestic Auto is a trustworthy and reliable transport company. The car was picked up on time and the driver called the day before pickup. I was able to contact the driver directly through his cell phone while the car was in transit. The driver called me on the 4th day a few hours before coming near my residence. The car was transported with no damages. Elizabeth was very professional throughout the whole process and did a great job in following up to any questions I had. I would definently use Domestic auto again in the future and refer the company to somone who needs to transport a car.
