There are many companies who ship auto's. Most do not have their own driver's and trucks. They are only brokers. Their function is to take the order from the customer and arrange for a driver to accept the contract for pick up and delivery. Sounds simple, but as I learned it really depends on the broker agent you deal with. I was fortunate to get a good one. Not only did she take the time to educate me to the process, she also provided much needed suggestions to make the shipment much more successfull.

This was my first time shipping a car. I selected Domestic Auto Transport from the ratings given on the internet. Apparently the high ratings given to this company from other customers were truthfull and correct. Thanks to Holly Burton the vehicle contract was completed by a carrier. Holly went so far as to give up part of her commission rather than simply asking me for more money in the contract. I'd call that impressive customer service!

I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone needing to ship a vehicle, and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thanks Holly.
