I was called the night before the expected delivery and asked to drive to a location quite a distant from the house to meet the car. When I refused, they said they would delivery after 8:30 PM. They then called shortly before 8 to say they would delivery between 7 and 8 AM the next day. When I called shortly before 8AM they said they were still 1 hour away. They arrived a little after 9 AM.
