Holly was great to work with and really nice throughout the process. I did a lot of research before choosing which company to use to ship my car from Miami to Boston, and the common theme was that there were negative reviews scattered all over the place. It must be a tricky business, so I was really nervous about the experience overall. I told Holly my concerns and about the reviews I'd read online (this website actually), so she took the time to explain the whole process and how it works. Ultimately, I chose Domestic Auto Transport because of two things: 1. Holly was really nice and upfront with me, and 2. They clearly take customer service seriously. They are almost always available by phone and very thorough with communication, and that's the best insurance you can get when you put something valuable on a truck to be shipped cross country.
