Mailia handled everything beautifully, however certain items were not disclosed until I called.
The original cost was supposed to be $825.00 and ended up being $875.00, with a $50.00 refund after the survey. I was not told about the $50.00 survey fee.

I also was not told that checks had to be certified, until I questioned this.

When the driver called me yesterday to tell me he was going to deliver the car and that the fee was $650 instead of the $619 on the contract. I called Malia this morning and she said that they had to use another carrier but was going to refund the difference.

I fel like all of these things should have been told up front. If the driver wanted extra money he should have told me yesterday or called your company when the car was picked up.

Overall I was satisfied and the car was delivered intact.
