This is the first experience I've had in shipping anything, let alone a car from one end of the country to the other. From the very first phone call I made to this auto transport company to the date the car was delivered, I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from the customer service representative. She answered all of my questions and eased my concerns about shipping the car. After calling a few other auto shipping places, I did not find a price that could compete to what Domestic Auto Transport could offer us in shipping our vehicle across country. After confirming with Domestic Auto Transport that we wanted them to carry our vehicle they picked up the car within a few days at the location of our request and it was also set to deliver at the location of our choice. The car was scheduled to be delivered eight days later. Just three days after the car left Indiana we received a phone call confirming that the car would be delivered two days early. The car arrived on the day and time that they said it would. We found no visible damage to the vehicle. The whole process from that first phone call to date of pick-up to the date of delivery of our vehicle went very smoothly. We are very pleased and would recommend Domestic Auto Transport to family and friends.
