Elizabeth did an excellent job of providing accurate information for me concerning moving my car from California to North Carolina. She walked me through the process and explained how and when things would/could occur. This was a new experience for me, and Elizabeth never complained about the very basic questions I had, or that I needed her to repeat things. She even went as far as calling another person (who was involved in the procedure) to explain what we had discussed before a final decision was made. I felt very confident in her ability to take care of my needs with shipping a car cross-country. I would rely on her expertise again, should the need arise.
