Tara spent most of the first conversation explaining the auto transportion market place and how offered price affects pickup speed. She gave guidance regarding offers from other customers in the same pickup/destination market, what was moving, and where our offer was in the overall list. She eventually discounted her fees to increase the offer to the transporter. My only recommendation would be to document (new e-mail) each increase in the offer so we don't lose track.
