Shaky start but excellent outcome

With very tight dates for pickup and delivery, we got off to a shaky start with the first carrier assigned to us. When it was apparent that the first carrier could not meet our needs, Holly patiently arranged a different carrier who was GREAT! A&J Transport picked up the car exactly as promised and delivered it at the exact time and date promised. Andrej was intelligent, proficient, experienced and friendly. At delivery, challenged by local regulations and codes, he was unable to deliver to the address we specified. He found an good alternate, unloaded the car, drove it to the delivery address and we drove him back to his truck! Despite initial doubt, Holly came through with a true winner! Thanks Holly and Andrej!! Not a nick on the car!
