We are a retired military family so have had much experience with movers and moving. Not all moves have gone smoothly so I was more than a little apprehensive about shipping a car from one coast to the other. Making all the arrangements by phone and internet just added to my angst. Malia, however, made the process seem easy. She answered all my questions very clearly and went over any point until I was comfortable with the information. I especially appreciated the fact that she contacted the driver to check on the delivery time. That one call made delivery on the other end go much more smoothly. Thank you Malia. Keep up the good work.
