Delivery was on time. Was delivered as promised. Allen did the best he could to deliver my motorcycle on time. The price was lowest out of all transport carriers. The enclosed shipping protected the bike as promised. The driver was kept in contact and I was updated in a timely manner on the status of my motorcycle
