Not knowing the business, I filled out some application online and received calls/emails/texts from over 15 different companies. After I filled out the form, I contacted Domestic because they had very good reviews on this website. As soon as I emailed with Holly and spoke to her briefly, I realized the mistake I made, filling out that online form. I continuously needed to tell these other annoying companies that I found a company that I liked and plan to work with. Holly was excellent in returning messages via e-mail and very friendly on the phone. She explained that my offer was a bit low for the "new city", but we could wait to see if there were any bites. I ended up having to increase the amount was because I decided to move to a different city than the original one. So I came up with a number, Holly gave me positive feedback with the new quote based on her experience, and a carrier took the bite right away. Holly kept in touch, answered all questions, and was a pleasure to work and consult with. She's great at her job. She is an asset to Domestic. Thank you again Holly and Domestic. My car arrived safely without any problems.
