Thanks for the review Jeanne! Unfortunately, we have a handful of rebate checks that were lost in the mail, we are
working hard to resolve this issue and putting these customers at the top of our list. I was just reviewing your order and do not see that you had ever called in to let us know you had not received your check and as everyone knows a rebate check typically can take up to 4 to 8 weeks to receive.
