Elizabeth MATCHED A QUOTE you received from another company (obviously way under quoted)....she explained in detail this quote was too low to get your vehicle moved but agreed to post it and if your vehicle did not move in five days told you that our PRICE MATCH POLICY require raising the quote to the original price quoted by Domestic (a professional and reasonable quote).....you agreed. The carriers choose their freight according to pricing on their routes, if a vehicle is not offering them what they require for that route, they simply pass it by, your vehicle also had over sized tires and a lift kit (requiring extra charge). Dennis.....after reviewing the notes in your order, Elizabeth took every step necessary in attempt to assign a carrier and for what ever reason, you neglected to follow through with your part of the agreement. We apologize for your misunderstanding of how this industry operates and hope you have selected a company who is able to get your vehicle transported for the undesirable amount you are willing to pay.
