Hi Joe, I am sorry that you did not get your refund. As soon as I saw this review I contacted our accounting department and they assured me that they will put it in the mail within 24 hours. I enjoyed working with you and your dad to get your motorcylce transported. It look like you were happy with our service other than with the refund so I hope to hear from you if you ever need to transport another vehicle. -Allen 360-313-6667
