I called for quote on Friday and Casey told me she would get back to me in the afternoon. She did call on that after to inform me the carrier would pick up the car the next morning (Saturday). I was so impressed! Driver Charlie from B&A Transport Inc. came on time on Saturday. He was very nice and told me the delivery will most likely be on Wed or Thur. During the transit, the driver was able to return my phone call on the same day. Although the delivery was made on Saturday instead due to driver's transit route change, the car was still delivered on Sat as I originally requested for. During the transit, Casey and Jerimiah were very helpful and returned my calls promptly. They are the top notch customer service reps I have ever met. Highly recommend Domestic Transport!
