I used this website to decide to get a quote from this company. Disclaimer - I didn't realize that filling out a review is how the customer gets their promised $50 rebate. Which means seeing so many reviews is a little artificial, but anyways I'm glad to have found the company. My contact person called within minutes of my filling out the quote request form online. They offered me the lowest price when you factor in rebate, discount for quick sign-up, and military discount. My contact, Malia, was reachable and helpful to explain the online agreement and the details of how the service worked. She sent an email when she was going to be out of the office with names of co-workers who would take the calls. I sent an email asking about my car's pickup when I had not heard anything as of 1 day before my 1st pickup date, which was also her first day back in the office. Within hours I had a confirmed pickup for the next day. It was short notice in a way, but I knew the potential existed for the car to leave that day since I had it listed as the first available pickup day. I even called beforehand to verify that the deposit was going on the credit card, and that went smoothly - she didn't seem annoyed at all. After the car was delivered and I sent an email asking about the rebate, I received an email response the same day. Even though I was slow to initially decide to send my car like this, they were very patient in getting my business. I would choose them again and recommend them highly. Price: 202 credit card deposit when car was put on the truck. 750 cash to the driver when I got the car back. Then $50 rebate check is supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks, so total end price will, I hope, be $902 from Boston, MA to San Diego, CA. Which is cheaper than when I sent it out here 3 years ago.
