Holly and Domestic Auto Transport were extremely helpful during my entire transport process. I tend to have a lot of questions, and very high expectations, and Holly was extremely patient and personable in working with me. I had a very tight timeline that I needed to work within in order to get my car picked up, and Holly provided options that we were able to work with so that it best suited my needs. The price that was quoted was exactly what I paid for the transport, no hidden costs or surprise charges. I would certainly use DAT again if I had to ship another car. The only suggestion that I might provide is that they advise users to wash their car before it goes on the trailer as this will help with the walk-thru process to determine what is just "dirt" and what might be a surface scratch, but other than that it was overall a great experience.
