I was pleased with the promptness and follow-up calls from customer serivce. I was not informed in advance that the car could not be deliver on a Saturday. I orginally planned to transport and my travel so that I could receive my car on Saturday, August 7th. I was told two days before the August 7th that Saturday delivery is not an option. I incurred unplanned rental cost as a result.
