Other than the fact that my car arrived completely filthy (it was underneath a 1970s car that leaked oil all over it), I have no real complaints. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. They were upfront about what I should expect, so there were no surprises. Overall it was an easy process and definitely worth it. I was even able to put a few things in my car after asking the driver if it was okay with him. He said it was fine, so I suggest talking to the drivers themselves rather than the company if you want to put stuff in your car.
