Great service from Domestic Auto Transport but shipper not so good

I got a great support from Holly in Domestic Auto Transport. She took a lot of time to help me with this shipping because I had to postpone it a couple of times. Always very professional and supportive. We tried to ship the car for a low price but no shipping company would take it. Holly managed to find a truck within 24 hours once we increased the shipping price. It went from $850 to $1150

But the car was damaged in the shipping (broken exhaust) and the keys were lost. The car arrived very dirty and very late (14 days later). I know the shipping company is independent of Domestic Autotransport but I think that this types of problems could be minimized by the broker.
