I have to say, Malia, my contact agent, was there for me the entire leg of this journey. While I have nothing but scorn for Mobile Transport, which was the company contracted to ship my vehicle, Malia with Domestic Auto did everything in her power to ensure that my vehicle arrived safely.

Not only was Mobile late in picking up my car, they didn't contract me to inform me of the fact and took a few days off during the transport. When I told Malia of my concerns, she immediately got a hold of the driver's super (the driver refused to answer my calls) and got them to call me. The driver simply said that he would be there that night or tomorrow and wouldn't agree to call me an hour ahead of time so I could insure that I would be at the drop off site. Then I get a call a few hours later saying that he was 15 min away. When I told him that it would be at least an hour before I could meet him, he got very irate. Then he tried to refuse to take a cashier's check, demanding cash only, or he wouldn't let me have my car.

Needless to say, I had to fight with him to take the check from my bank (I was not about to not have a record of the payment).

But, in spite of the horrid driver with Mobile Transport, Malia and Domestic were right there, every time I needed them. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle, but avoid contracting with Mobile Transport!
