Due to an unexpected change of plans the transport arrangements reluctantly had to be canceled.

Malia, my primary contact, Brenda and Naomi were very personable, prompt and knowledgeable.

Initially a change was made for the pick up time and adjustments to the central dispatch listing were made immediately.

When the change of plans happened they handled the situation professionally and patiently worked with me.

A follow up call was made the next day to make sure no detail was over looked.

Overall was a very good experience.
