After getting a call back from Sheila, thank you for calling me back and explaining what happened wtih my order. Both of us can agree my order did not go well. There was a lot of miscommunication between Domestic Auto Transport and 3rd party carrier. After my phone conversation with Sheila this afternoon, I do not want her to feel that I have provided a ruthless review without thinking about it. As she mentioned over the phone, she was bombared with other customers' phone calls and she forwarded the dispatch my concerns and questions. I didn't hear from Sheila as she was busy with her personal life on Sunday which she should be but I was concerned about my vehicle. I know Sheila tried everything she could possibly do and I only requested an acknolwedgement to my concerns on Sunday. Thank you.

For EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE call Sheila at 360-834-6013 or email sheila@domesticautotransport.com Traci, First let me state I do NOT agree your transport did not go well. I personally feel you are being unfair in this review and quite unreasonable. When you booked your order you told me your vehicle could not be delivered until the 17th of Dec., not at all on the 20th but any other day would be just fine. Our carrier who booked this order agreed to these terms. When the carrier booked he gave us an ESTIMATED date of pick up and an ESTIMATED date of delivery. There are many factors that can prevent a carrier from picking up and delivering on exact dates and you are made aware of these issues in advance. This is stated verbally to you and is also in our Terms and Conditions which you received several copies of and agreed too. We can not control that a carrier does not deliver on Sunday, nor that due to YOUR specific specifications they chose the later date to deliver. They were however very accommodating to the fact that you were no longer at your original address and went off their route and out of their way to deliver your vehicle to a different city with no charge to you. As for me communicating on Sunday? I give my cell phone out to customers so if there is an EMERGENCY they can contact me and I will assist them even if I am off work. When you called I was unavailable and as soon as I was able to listen to my messages I contacted the carrier only to be told they had contacted you and let you know they had not left Oregon but that your vehicle would be delivered on Tuesday the 21nd. I felt at this point you had been taken care of and continued with my day off with my family. On Monday first thing entering the office I put another call into the carrier and was awaiting a call back from them to confirm everything was on schedule. It was busy in our office and you were on the list to contact as soon as I heard back from the carrier. I do not make it a practice to call customers with nothing new to tell them. If I made this a practice no one would get their vehicles moved. As for you marking your vehicle was damaged? That is a complete lie! Your vehicle started when it arrived to you but the gauges were not working and you stated your inner system had done a reset. Mechanical difficulties with a vehicle are not considered damage nor are they the carrier’s responsibility. He picked your vehicle up, loaded it on the carrier where it stayed until it was delivered to you. However you will be provided with the carrier’s insurance info and can go through the process of filing the claim as is your right. I take pride in and stand behind my EXCELLENT customer service to my customer’s. I am sorry you do not FEEL you received this. Since you work in the customer service industry yourself I am sure you will agree you can not please 100 percent of the people 100 percent of the time and every now and then there are those few customer’s who you can not please no matter what you do. All my BEST to you and your family, Merry Christmas.
