Brenda at Domestic Auto Transport was very helpful at getting my car shipped from Oregon to Texas at short notice after another broker put me in a bad bind by not following through on their commitments. I was sure I was going to have to make the three-day drive in the car myself. But she was able to quickly coordinate a transporter in one day after the other broker failed to do so. And it was not a simple transport as I needed the car delivered to a very remote, small town in Texas, way off the beaten path. But she coordinated it quickly with the transporter and the deal was done. The best part was that the pick-up and delivery went smoothly and the transporter she found was highly professional and respectful. The only negative was two occasions when I asked for information and/or a call back and I did not get it. But neither request was crucial to the delivery, more just informative. I was estatic the car was delivered without issue. If I need to transport another car, I will definitely go to Domestic Auto Transport again.
