Not a flawless delivery

Brenda was great in the beginning. After we had a pick-up date it seemed like she seemed to care a little less. And when the driver was late by 4 days in the pick-up, I didn't get any calls from her. I actualy had to call her to tell her the driver's problems.

I wasn't too happy with that.

But when you search for the cheapest option with anything in life there are always going to be problems.

The Cars made it here okay. But the pick-up was very hectic because the driver kept putting it off.

I wouldn't use PACIFIC AUTO DELIVERY again.

Of course, when BRENDA tells me that she "found a company to move my cars" it was one of their "PRIMARY VENDORS" making it sound like I was admitted into a special club when I acan almost guarantee that this is in their typical script to tell customers no matter WHO the company is that is taking the order for delivery.

I have shipped 4 cars in my lifetime and have never had any issues until this one.

Brock, first let me say we are sorry you do not feel you received the service you expected. Under the stipulations YOU put on your transport we truly did the best possible. On that note I would like to clarify some issues you did not make note of in this review. We did not give you the cheapest price but agreed to lower our price from the original price at your insistence. We informed you that it might take a bit longer and the price could go up to the original quoted price, which in the end it did not so you saved some money there. As for the pick up being put off, well that was due to your adamant request that the vehicles not be delivered until a specific date. The carrier booked it and gave us an ESTIMATED date of pick up based off of the total load he was booking and agreed at that time that your pick up would be dependent on that and the time frame you requested for delivery. You were contacted on a daily basis and we have it tracked in our system each and every time as to the dates and times. What we could not control was the fact that we had to leave numerous messages without receiving any kind of a return call or email acknowledgement from you. Communication works both ways and is needed by both the company transporting and the customer alike. As for the delivery? Your vehicles were going to Nebraska during some of the worst weather of the year. While most carriers were taking time off due to this fact or stranded the carrier who had your vehicles stuck it out so that you would have your vehicles. Pacific Auto IS one of our preferred carriers and always do a great job. They go out of their way to meet our customers needs but when mother nature intervenes there needs to be some understanding on everyones part. Safety for human life first and then the cargo becomes the priority. I do not feel you were completely honest in this review and that saddens me. Customer service is something we pride ourselves on at Domestic Auto Transport and we have some of the BEST representatives in the industry. I will end this with saying we wish you and your family all the best in your relocation to Nebraska.................... It is my hope that anyone reading this review will take into account the fact that we are a 5 Star rated company with an A rating through the BBB. That you would consider both sides of the story and not let this one review stop you from choosing Domestic Auto Transport when there are so many more that clearly state why we would be the better choice.
