Our cars (both SUV's) were delivered early to their destination with no major damage. Sherry got our cars picked up on one of the days we requested (we had a 3 day window) for an additional $50.

Our zip code was somehow mis-communicated between Sherry and the driver so the cars went to Dallas (4 hours away) and not to Houston. The driver wouldn't bring the cars to Houston (when he took the job he thought he was going to Dallas, not Houston) so Sherry found another company to bring them to Houston for an additional cost. Initially she offered to pay part of the additional transport cost and asked us to pay an additional $75. When my husband pointed out that we had provided the correct zip code to her and the mix up was not because of an error on our part, Sherry paid for the second transport.

She initially told me that the driver was having trouble with his truck and needed to stop in Dallas for repairs, she later admitted to my husband that there was a problem with the zip code and that's why the driver wouldn't bring the cars to Houston.

Even though there was much confusion, Sherry was always reachable by phone and returned our calls promptly, so the communication was excellent. A small paperwork error caused a lot of chaos, and aside from the little white lie I was told about the truck needing repairs, our cars arrived early, they were in good shape and Sherry did make it right in the end, which we do appreciate.

Thanks Sherry, I know this caused you a lot of grief!! :)

For professional and courteous service call Sherry at 206-687-9434 or email me at sherry@domesticautotransport.com........ I would first just like to thank you Fran for entrusting our company with the transport of your vehicles and for giving me a great four star review. I work very hard at making sure my customers know that I do my very best in taking care of their transport needs along with building great long lasting relationships. I am however truly sorry for whatever stress this may have caused you and your husband in regards to the incorrect zip codes. When the error was brought to my attention I immediately started calling other carriers to make sure your vehicles would reach their original destination. Originally the quote was priced from Snoqualmie, WA to Spring, TX and that was the only reason why I asked for the extra $200. Realizing that it was an error on my part I did however pay that $200 our of my own pocket and I just wanted you to know that. I take pride in the fact that I keep a very open communication with my customers and I was glad that I was able to be accessible with you and your husband throughout the whole transport. I have only been working for the company for a little over a month and appreciate your input with regards to this transport. I will take this experience to help me improve in my service for future transactions. Thank you again for being so easy to work with and I really do look forward to working with you again.
