Positives:
- Heather was very helpful explaining the whole process to me and answering any questions I had
- She was always good about communicating when things were happening throughout the process
- I received my car undamaged within a reasonable window of time

Negatives:
- It took about a week before she found a carrier who would pick up my car, and I was told I would need to pay an extra $100. It seems my original quote wasn't reflective of the market and I had to pay the cost in terms of extra wait time
- At times it seemed DAT was a little careless about the facts of the transport (e.g. which city was the pickup and which was the destination, etc. - Overall minor stuff that we were able to work out in the end, but still left me a little nervous)

Overall I was satisfied enough that I got the car in good condition, but not 5 star impressed
