Car was delivered on time with no "transport" issues. However, there were "financial" issues. We are still awaiting the $25 return to our Visa. We were quoted $575 to transport our Civic to Louisiana and we ended up paying $600.00. The $100 deposit to the company and an additional $500 to the driver. There was a lot of confusion on the date of delivery with respect to the amount we were supposed to pay to the driver IN CASH. Done Right (WRONG) assured us that we would be reimbursed $25. We called in two weeks ago and was informed that our refund was in accounting. We also called several times this week. It has been a month since the date of delivery on the car and that has not happened. A fundamental business practice of reliability, honesty, and integrity is all we asked for. When we call the office for answers they give us the run-around about who is in charge and who we should speak with. IF you are smart, YOU WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are a very easy going couple and we do not require much, but we can not let these people get away with ignoring fundamental business practices. PLEASE BE HONEST WITH YOUR CONSUMERS DONE RIGHT!
