I had my car shipped with done right transport because of the good reviews on this site.. don't trust this company !!
The delivery was from san jose, california to patchogue, New york. First, the pick up was late, then delivery time, the delivery guy wakes me up at 2 in the night, and tells me that he has to deliver it then. Then, he gives me a bill that over-charged me $40 from the amount that was agreed upon, refused to give me my car otherwise, and told me to contact the company for my refund.
They scratched my car and would not give me a form so i can file for damages.
I've wasted a lot of time trying to get their customer support to give me my money back, or to give me a form, each time i am told they would get back to me. Its been a few months, a lot of phone cals and a lot of emails and they are just ignoring me now.
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, USE ANOTHER TRAVEL COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR CAR AND YOUR TIME !!
