If this is door to door express,from a suburb of Sacremento,Fair Oaks,this applies...this is all I could find...if this is not that company ,DISREGARD...They were here 2 nites ago to load my Turbo Impulse to a buyer in California. The car was driven 10 miles to an open parking lot,as the shipper had a 10 car hauler...The car was driven by the russian/ukranian employee up the ramp onto the truck...at that point he didnt line it up straight ,and appeared to drop it in a pocket on the rf....He then proceeded to rev the car up to ,5-7k rpms,5-6 times ,trying to rock it out...My wife was across the lot at a burger king watching,and heard the noise.Drove back over to the truck...they revved it up again,could not get it out...they ended up using a chain and a come along type thing to get it out and straight...by then the damage was done, clutch was fried...we assume the kid had it in 3rd or 5th while revving it up....they pushed it back off the truck,said"car broke,cant ship"...and now they dont answer their phones or return messages...very shaky and non-trustworthy...AGAIN, this is directed at door to door express of fair oaks/sacremento ,california.thanks.(also, the price is a guess, as I am the seller of the car...only the buyer knows the amount,but something needed to be filled in)
