The carrier that was used was horrible and brought my daughter to tears. The car was delivered damaged and the driver wanted my daughter to travel 20 miles to get her car, despite the delivery location being in the contract. And, the driver tried to hold the car until my daughter signed something saying she wouldn't make an insurance claim. She had to call the police to get her car.
