I will NEVER use this company again. I spoke to someone and had what I thought was a day set. I wanted my jeep picked up on a Monday, I called them the Friday prior to make sure everything was all set and ready to go, they confirmed and stated that a driver should be calling me soon. Well, I never got a call and of course could not get ahold of them. I called multiple times Monday, and got no response. Tuesday came and I was set to fly out of the state Wednesday, so I had to cancel this order and find a new company. I left multiple voicemails, emails, etc. etc. and did not hear from someone from this company until FRIDAY. When I spoke to them on Friday, they proceeded to pretend they could not hear me and hung up on me. Horrible customer service, and I did not get my $150 deposit back. NEVER use this company, and do not give a deposit until your vehicle has been picked up. HORRIBLE.
