A company I used previously, and in all honesty did not research thoroughly enough, was unable to deliver my vehicle within a reasonable estimated time period. After going back over my list of suggested carriers, I checked both this website and BBB. This company is a voluntary member of the BBB. I explained my problem to them and instead of charging me another fee, as had the previous company, they took my information and when they had a definite driver, name, number and one who answered his phone, only then did they request the deposit. The vehicle was picked up exactly on time. The driver stayed in touch over the next 24 hours, then met me as agreed, on time with the vehicle the next day. I highly recommend this company. They do what they say and don't get a credit card deposit and then not deliver or become unresponsive. They always answer the phone and answer or provide any information needed for the job. I have added them to this website because I was not able to research them myself when I was checking up on different carriers. They deserve to be listed and recommended for picking up the ball and making the end result a very pleasant experience.
